I rarely have the money to buy particularly fancy steaks. At least, not as long as I am just cooking for myself. I do like it whenever I get the opportunity to have some, though

I dunno. I am not much of a chef. Like I said, I almost never have steaks like the above unless someone else is making them. Closest I get is the occasional pork neck chops or some thick roast beef when on sale.

well i practiced my staff forms today, did 100 flourishes and 100 reverse flourishes

Beef was on sale at the store for like $4.99 a pound, so I bought 6-10 pounds of beef for stroganoff.  Froze some of it, I'll eat that a bit later.
